Website Visitors

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal information. It provides aggregate data only (page views, referrers, countries).

Plugin Purchases

When you purchase a plugin, payment is processed through Freemius, our licensing and distribution partner. During checkout, Freemius collects:

• Name and email address
• Payment information (credit card or PayPal — processed by Stripe/PayPal, not stored by us)
• Country and zip code for tax calculation
• License activation data (site URL, WordPress version, PHP version)

We can access your name, email, license keys, and site activations through the Freemius dashboard. We do not have access to your payment card details.

Plugin Usage (Opt-in)

Our plugins may include an optional diagnostic data sharing feature powered by Freemius. If you opt in, the following non-personal data may be collected:

• WordPress version, PHP version, and server environment
• Active theme and plugin list
• Plugin settings (non-personal configuration data)

This data helps us identify compatibility issues, prioritize features, and improve plugin stability. You can opt out at any time from the plugin settings page.

Contact Form & Support

When you contact us through our website or email, we collect your name, email address, and message content to respond to your inquiry.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

The rocketstack.tools website does not set any first-party cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. The Freemius checkout modal may set cookies necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention.

Purchase records and license data are retained in Freemius for the duration of your license plus any legally required retention period. Support correspondence is retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
