14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@rocketstack.tools with your purchase email address or order number. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
What's Covered
- All paid plugin plans (Personal, Business, Agency) for both GF Live Preview and Multi-Export for Gravity Forms
- Monthly, annual, and lifetime purchases
- First-time purchases within the 14-day window
What's Not Covered
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase date
- Subscription renewal charges (you may cancel before renewal to avoid future charges)
- Requests where the same customer has previously received a refund for the same product
After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated and you will lose access to premium features, updates, and support. You may continue to use the free version of any plugin that offers one.
Cancelling a Subscription
Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel:
- Your current billing period remains active until its expiration date
- No further charges will be made
- You retain access to premium features until the end of your current period
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Freemius account dashboard.
