Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rocket Stack website at rocketstack.tools and all WordPress plugins distributed by Rocket Stack ("we", "us", "our"), including GF Live Preview and Multi-Export for Gravity Forms.

1. License Grant

All Rocket Stack plugins are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL v2+). Upon purchase, you receive a license key that entitles you to:

• Install and activate the plugin on the number of sites corresponding to your license tier (Single Site, 5-Site, or Unlimited)
• Receive plugin updates for the duration of your active subscription or lifetime license
• Access to support during your active license period

Under the GPL, you are free to modify the plugin source code for your own use. Redistribution of modified versions must also comply with the GPL v2+ license.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Plugins are available with monthly, annual, or lifetime billing options. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Freemius account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.

3. Free Plans

Certain plugins offer a free plan with limited functionality. Free plans do not require payment and may be used indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify the features included in free plans at any time.

5. Support

Paid license holders receive email support during their active license period. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Support covers installation issues, plugin configuration, and bug reports. Support does not cover custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, or general WordPress troubleshooting.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our plugins for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer license key validation for the purpose of circumventing license restrictions
• Redistribute license keys or provide access to premium downloads to unauthorized users
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Rocket Stack

7. Intellectual Property

Plugin source code is licensed under GPL v2+. The Rocket Stack name, logo, website design, documentation content, and marketing materials are proprietary and may not be used without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our plugins and website integrate with third-party services including:

• Freemius — payment processing, license management, and software distribution
• Gravity Forms — our plugins extend Gravity Forms functionality and require a valid Gravity Forms license
• Google Sheets — optional integration in Multi-Export for Gravity Forms

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress configuration. Your use of our plugins is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our plugins or website, regardless of the cause of action.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of our plugins or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
